What’s it all About?

The REHAU Partner Portal is a tool for REHAU fabricators and Authorised Partner Installers to access a range of brochures and marketing materials with a view to helping their business to be more successful.

Accessing the Portal

When logging in for the first time you will receive an automatic email with a password. Once confirmed you will be able to change this within the Account Section.

Categories

Once logged in you will see a number of different categories. To take a look at what is in each category simply click on the icon.

You can then choose to find out more about the product displayed by clicking on Details. You can also search for an individual product in the top right hand side of the page.  

My Account

  1. Customer Information - your main contact details 
  2. Addresses - You can have multiple delivery locations on your account
  3. Album Management– You will have access to REHAU’s Image Library within the site but can also create your own album of images exclusive to you.
  4. Orders – to view the status of your order and your order history. You can create a standard stock order if you wish which you can simply re-order when required. 
  5. Downloadable Products - This is where you will be find any products you have ordered which are available as a PDF download.
  6. Change Password - Where you can choose a new password whenever you want. 
  7. Saved Projects - Where you can retrieve anything you have not had time to finish.

Album Management

  1. This is located within the My Account section which is located in the top left navigation. You are able to create your own albums of images and give them a descriptive name ready to use for your personalised literature.
  2. To create a new album you simply click the pink New Album button, give it a name and a description. If you want to keep the album remember to tick “Mark the album not removable.”
  3. You can then upload images into your albums either from your Facebook account or your computer. If you are using the recommended web browsers which are Google Chrome, IE9, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari you will be able to drag and drop images.
  4. The ideal file format for images to use on the site is a JPEG.
  5. Minimum resolution of 300dpi to ensure they will print clearly
  6. There is a maximum file size of 5MB and it is recommended that all images have a minimum resolution of 300dpi to ensure that they will print clearly.
  7. You can view the content of each album and move images from one to another.

Start a Personalisation Project

  1. To start working with one of the products click on Start.
  2. You will then see the front page of your chosen product where you will be able to add your logo. See details on how to upload images in Step 4 Album Management.
  3. At the bottom of the screen you will see the other pages within the brochure. To access simply click on the image and the page will open.
  4. On each page you will see where you can drag and drop images. The areas where text can be edited will be shown outlined in Black.  
  5. You have the option to use images which we saved to use with the product from our Media Library or you can upload your own images to use. See Step 4 ‘Album Management’ for Details.
